The strata has taken steps to help motorcycle riders with the parking and storage of their motorcycles.  We have designated 24 areas in the garage for motorcycle parking.  These spots can be rented on a 6 month basis for a nominal fee of $150.   Rental periods go from April 1 to Sept 30 and from Oct 1 to March 31 each year.

Residents are permitted to park their motorcycles in their own parking stalls in front or behind their vehicles but they can not interfere with other stalls.
