Yes, your excuse for not getting into shape has just evaporated. Waterscapes has a fully equipped fitness centre for the use of residents and guests. The gym is located on the second floor above the Cascade Lounge and is air conditioned for your comfort. 

The equipment list includes treadmills, stairclimbers, bikes, a Precore weight lifting apparatus with four stations, a full dumbbell rack, two benches, exercise mats, an exercise ball, a bosu, two TVs and fans for your personal cooling. As well there are two full walls of mirrors so you can inspect your fitness progress.
