Permitted Patio Items


1.  Only propane and electric appliances are permitted and must be CSA Group approved and maintained in good and safe condition.

2.  No smokers, smoker barbeques or similar Appliances are permitted

3.  One unaltered fire table no taller than 36 inches in height is permitted.

7.  No more than a single attached propane canister with a maximum 20 pound capacity per Appliance

8. A properly maintained and functional 5 pound, ABC class, steel head fire extinguisher must be in the immediate vicinity of the Appliance

9.  Patio and deck lighting is provided there are no more than 4, unaffixed, LED, white in color, and are situated on the deck surface;
