Missing Link Security

Our contracted security company is Missing Link.  We have been working with them for nearly 4 years and they have been providing excellent service for us.

All Missing Link guards are uniformed, radio and cell phone equipped.  They have access to a mobile unit for assistance.

The guards begin their shift at 8 P.M. everyday including holidays.

They will respond to noise complaints and will knock on the door of the noisy condo and instruct the residents that they must quiet down.  They return 15 minutes later to ensure compliance.  A report is submitted to the Community Director who will deal with the complaint the next morning.  Waterscapes will issue bylaw infractions and fines for noise disturbances.
